Proofer AW4000 Style Sewer Nozzle Guide
Sewer Nozzle Proofer for Jetting Operations – 1/4″ steel sewer rods with Schedule 80 pipe frame for 6″–12″ and larger pipes
The Proofer AW4000 Style is designed to guide and protect sewer jetting nozzles while operating inside pipelines. The frame uses 1/4″ steel sewer rods selected for appropriate tensile strength to support jetting operations.
The skid frame is built using Schedule 80 pipe with a painted finish for use in sewer maintenance environments. The design allows individual runner rods to be replaced if wear occurs during use.
The unit is available with 1″ or 3/4″ hose connections for use in larger sewer pipelines, with pipe size options from 6″ to 12″ and up. Replacement runner rods are also available for maintaining the skid assembly.
