Can I use a Purchase Order for payment if I work for a municipality?
YES! We will gladly take a purchase order from any municipal or government agency. Simply check the box “I will send check” at check-out and we will contact you to set up an account with your purchasing department…it’s that simple. Let us do the work with Purchasing, you just tell us what parts you need and we will take it from there. If you would rather, you can call in your order 407-900-1091.
How do I get a Quote quickly?
You can instantly download a quote in your shopping cart once you add all of your items. You can also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 407-900-1091 and we will get a quote over to you ASAP. We can also include a W-9 for your Purchasing Department, if needed.
What do I need in order to run TruGrit® Polymer and/or TruGrit® STEEL Wheels on my Cues Wheeled Crawler?
Great news!…the answer is nothing. Your stock Cues hubs that are used for the rubber wheels will work perfectly with both the TruGrit® polymer and TruGrit® STEEL wheels. Click here to get your kit today. NOTE: If you own an older style Pipe Ranger or Steerable Pipe Ranger that does not use the single bolt wheel attachment, you will need to purchase our hubs here.
What do I need in order to run TruGrit® Polymer and/or TruGrit® STEEL Wheels on my IBAK T76 and/or PANO2 crawler?

What is TruGrit Traction’s return policy?
It is our goal to you get the right parts the first time. However, if you do require a replacement or need to return a product, we offer an unconditional 30-day return policy on in-stock and standard order parts without restocking fees on new and unopened parts as long as you provide your transporter brand and type when you place your original order.
All items that you return must be returned in the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for parts returned in replacement packaging due to the risk of damage in transit.
