Description
Versi-Clam Sewer Debris Removal Tool
Clam-Shell Bucket Tool for Manhole and Catch Basin Cleaning
The Versi-Clam, also known in the industry as a Handi Clam style debris grabber, is designed for removing debris from manholes, catch basins, lift stations, and wet wells. The clam-shell bucket design allows operators to lift accumulated material from the surface without entering the structure.
The tool features a dual bucket clam-shell mechanism with a locking over-center handle that allows operators to open and close the bucket from the handle position. This design helps capture debris such as mud, grit, rags, and other material commonly found in sewer and wastewater systems.
The Versi-Clam is available with bucket sizes of 12″ or 16″ and working lengths ranging from 6′ to 25′, allowing crews to select the appropriate reach for manholes, lift stations, and other sewer maintenance structures.
